Families are invited to enjoy free Halloween activities in Wakefield and Castleford this week when Arriva’s Spooky Bus visits.

The Spooky Bus will visit Trinity Walk in Wakefield on Tuesday (October 27) and Castleford town centre (October 28) on Thursday, giving families across the district the chance to get involved in the Halloween celebrations.

Visitors can look forward to a host of free activities, including slime making, face painting, chances to win prizes and the opportunity to meet the iconic Halloween characters, the Joker and Harley Quinn.

Families are also encouraged to get creative and dress to impress, with a fancy dress competition taking place at 12pm each day.

The initiative aims to bring communities together for some seasonal fun while encouraging families to make the most of the activities available in their local area.
