And Ellie Young, from Castleford, is one of three new holiday reps tasked with ensuring party-goers have the weekend of their lives.

The programme sees two groups of 18 to 24-year-olds spend a long weekend at a hotel resort in Ibiza. And greeting them as they arrive is a group of holiday reps who are always up for a good time.

The first three series were shot at the lively holiday resort of Magaluf but now the cast has relocated to Ibiza.

Miss Young, 22, joins the show’s stars Jordan Davies and Imogen Townley, as well as three other holiday reps.

She said: “It was a really good experience and it is a great show to be apart of.

“The viewers can expect lots of drama. I did not expect to join the show and get involved in a love triangle.”

Miss Young had been working as a shot girl in a Magaluf bar when she saw the show was looking for new reps.

She said: “I applied and they flew me to London and we did some testing to see how we’d all work as a team.

“Two weeks later they flew us to Ibiza and I was working on the show. It was amazing.”

The reps spent three weeks taking the groups on bar crawls and to the best parties at the resort last September.

Miss Young said: “It is harder than I thought. You were filmed 24 hours a day. Our phones were taken off us. It was like being in Big Brother.”

The first episode of Ibiza Weekender airs on ITV2 on Sunday, February 7 at 9pm.

Miss Young said: “I had to keep it quiet for so long that I was in the show. In the last few weeks after it was announced my phone has been going mad. My friends are all coming around to watch it and one of them has made T-shits for us to wear which say ‘Ellie on telly’. They are so excited.”
