Yorkshire's standing as the capital of world cycling was confirmed today when it was announced that the county will host the 2019 UCI Road World Championships.
Organisers of the Tour de Yorkshire cycle race would like it to span four days instead of three for its second outing next year, organiser Sir Gary Verity revealed.
