Hollywood star Sylvester Stallone films TV ad in Castleford
Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone was in Castleford yesterday (Thursday) to film a new television advert for Warburtons bakery.
Stallone, who starred as boxer Rocky Balboa in the film series Rocky and John Rambo in the Rambo movies, took part in filming at the company’s bakery in Whitwood.
He is currently in the UK after filming scenes for a new Rocky movie at Everton’s Premier League game with West Bromwich Albion on Monday.
The actor, writer, producer and director will also give a talk at Sheffield City Hall on Sunday.
The Warburtons advert is expected to be screened later this year.
