Organised by Stanley Events, the free community celebration has been bringing people together for more than 14 years.

Carl Marshall, Director of Stanley Events, said: "We can’t wait to welcome everyone back to Stanley Fireworks this Saturday.

"It’s been a fantastic annual event in the town for over 14 years now, bringing thousands of people together for a great family night out.

"Events like this are what community is all about, bringing families, friends and neighbours together and giving everyone something to look forward to.”

With free entry thanks to the support of Stanley Town Council and Stanley Events, organisers are encouraging everyone to come along, enjoy the entertainment and be part of one of the town's biggest community celebrations.

Gates open at Oakey Park at 5pm with the fireworks display starting at 7pm.
